This movie's page is incomplete. I hate to admit that I'd put a page on my site only to leave it as "under construction", but it's the easiest way for me to be reminded of the reviews left to write. In this case, I know pretty much what I want to say about this movie, but I have yet to actually type it all in. This message will no longer appear when the I consider the page to be complete. A Model Caper

I definitely enjoy caper movies. I remember watching Die Hard for the first time. I reveled in the heist details of Thomas Crown Affair (1968) and Thomas Crown Affair (1999). Now I've seen The Taking of Pelham One Two Three, which is excellent for entirely different reasons. Pelham's caper is reasonably good, but the characters are exquisite. These are stereotypical New Yorkers overflowing with their city's trademark belligerence. The criminals are led by a British military man, lending the classic
