This overdub/reissue of Hong Kong's 1990 Feiying Gaiwak is amusing for several reasons. Jackie Chan fight scenes are really neat. The choreography is very precise and Chan makes the most of unexpected objects lying around in the scene. Chan surrounds himself with some very funny women and tons of bad guys ranging from silly and funny to serious and menacing. The plot lacks a bit, but that isn't why you go to see Chan movies.
