Ah yes, another Walt Disney classic! The overwhelming message of the film, not surprisingly, is that animals are smarter than their humans. The message is presented with extreme charm, as each of the impossibly cute Dalmatians has mannerisms that are irresistible. The supporting animal characters, especially Sergeant Tibbs and Old Towser, are classic Disney all the way through.
